Visual Appeal Media (the “Company”) retains exclusive copyright ownership of any photos, videos, or other media
created during the course of its services. By booking with Visual Appeal Media, you agree to these terms.

Photo Rights and Usage of Media
The original Agent, Homeowner, or Brokerage (the “Client”) who paid for the service is granted a non-exclusive
licensing agreement to use the media for electronic or printed advertisements to promote the specific property. This
license is valid only for the duration that the property is listed for sale. Reuse of media for other purposes requires
prior written permission from Visual Appeal Media.

As a courtesy, the Client may use the media for personal branding purposes, such as on personal websites and social
media. Any use in third-party publications, such as magazines, commercials, or real estate websites not owned by
the Client, requires prior written consent, proper credit to Visual Appeal Media, and compensation.

Media intended for property sales may not be used for short-term rental listings unless specifically booked for that
purpose. All media licenses are non-transferable. Third-party usage, including but not limited to architects, builders,
stagers, designers, buyers, or other Agents, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Any violation will result
in compensatory damages equal to five times the current service price.

Media Alteration Policy
The Client may not alter or edit any media without written permission from Visual Appeal Media. Requests for edits
must be submitted to Visual Appeal Media. The Client assumes responsibility for any misleading edits, and Visual
Appeal Media is not liable for such alterations.

Community and Stock Images
Community shots, including clubhouses, fitness centers, or other amenities, may be reused by Visual Appeal Media
for future projects. Clients may use these images for subsequent listings. If amenities are unavailable during the
scheduled shoot, a return fee may apply.

Expectations of Clients
Clients must ensure that properties are clean, staged, and photo-ready before the appointment. Visual Appeal Media
does not provide cleaning, staging, or landscaping services. Light adjustments may be made by the Photographer at
their discretion but are not guaranteed.

A Client or authorized representative should be present during the shoot to approve the Photographer’s decisions. If
no one is available, the Photographer’s judgment will be deemed acceptable. All properties are photographed “as-is.”
Clients are encouraged to provide input on preferred angles or rooms, but in the absence of input, the Photographer
will use professional discretion.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund of the
deposit or may be applied as a credit toward a future project.

Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable, but the deposit will
remain as a credit on the Client’s account for a future project.

If the property is not ready at the scheduled time, requiring rescheduling or additional visits, a $50 service fee will
apply.

Rescheduling fees due to extreme weather may be waived at the discretion of Visual Appeal Media.

Photo Guarantee
Visual Appeal Media ensures the highest quality media, representing the property accurately.

A reasonable number of revisions are included at no additional cost. Return trips for additional photos or re-shoots
due to issues outside of Visual Appeal Media’s control (e.g., incomplete staging, construction delays) will incur a $50
re-shoot fee plus $10 per additional photo.

If the Client is dissatisfied with the final media, a full refund may be issued upon request within three days of delivery,
provided the listing is not under contract. Refunds void all licensing rights, and the Client must discontinue using the
media. Visual Appeal Media reserves the right to pursue legal action for any copyright infringement.

Delivery of Media and Storage
Standard turnaround time for photos is 24 hours, with videos and advanced edits requiring up to 72 hours.
Visual Appeal Media retains backups of delivered media for 120 days. Clients are encouraged to download media
promptly to avoid data loss.

Matterport virtual tours remain active for 180 days or until the property sells, whichever comes first. Clients may
extend Matterport services at an additional annual fee.

Right to Refuse
Visual Appeal Media reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the relationship with any Client due to overdue
invoices, poor communication, unreasonable requests, or unprofessional behavior.

Aerial/Drone Services
All drone services comply with FAA regulations. Properties located near airports may require prior clearance, which
can delay scheduling. Weather and wind conditions may also impact drone operations. Refunds or rescheduling will
be offered if drone services cannot be performed due to regulatory or weather-related restrictions.

Payments
All bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling.

The remaining balance is due upon delivery of media unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to pay outstanding balances within seven (7) days may result in the suspension of future services.

Promotions
Promotional offers, including discounted rates, are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined with other
offers.
